Problem:The social networking site has little popularity due to its design and global market.
Approach: To gather useful information (i.e. user studies, surveys, tests) on the development of improving the usability traffic of the social-networking site. Making the site more user-friendly will help it compete with Facebook and Myspace.
Solution: After receiving user feedback, the design and concept approach was much more improved.
